The July bundle is full of theme park items and I am a huge fan of one of the largest well known theme parks and therefore, this sketch was perfect for me to do this first project using the new bundle.

I added some white dots in the center of the paper sequins using the Nuvo Crystals. I just discovered these recently and oh my-- they are awesome!

Christmas in July

Hey there, It's Barb from BugBites!
Today is my Design Team day and I have a holiday card to share using a sketch from the July Bundle.

Not a Cut Club Member? Find out how to become a member here.

It's never too early to start those Christmas cards.
I know the Gnome girl isn't an elf, but she looks like an elf you might find at the north pole.
I replaced one of the elements in the card sketch file with the die cut of a snowflake.

That's what makes the card sketches so great as they provide a strong foundation for the card design on which to build upon by adding or changing elements, changing the orientation, etc.

Here's a complete list of items I used today....

Humming Happy Birthday!

Barb from BugBites here with a new project featuring Cut Club files.

Not a Cut Club Member? Find out how to become a member here.

I am using card sketch from the June '16 bundle for Today's Birthday card.

I love the card sketches each month because it has done all the work of designing the card for me. All I need to do is cut and glue.
The sketch comes with a heart shape for the corner which I replaced with the flower from the hummingbird file set.
I added a bit of color to the hummingbirds throat with a very light pink copic marker.

Here's a complete list of items I used today....

Watercolor Card April Bundle

Hello! It's Mindy from Paper Creations by Mindy and it's my turn on the blog today! Yeah!!

Have you seen this month's cut club package?? It's fantastic!!!! So many useful titles and images in here for such a great deal.

I originally had something else planned for today but I've been dabbling with watercolors lately and wanted to make this card instead.

I colored up my watercolor paper with some Prima Watercolor Confections. Then I used the paint roller from the Fresh Paint title and added it to the end of the colors. I think this worked out great how it looks like the roller painted that on! To finish the card I added a sentiment from Samantha from Stamp Anniething and a few sparkles.

For a detailed list of supplies to create this card you can visit my blog HERE.

Here is a picture of the entire package for this month and some more details how to join can be found HERE.

Thanks for stopping by!

Barb from BugBites here sending you all wishes for a Happy St. Patrick's Day!
I know, it s a few days early, but its never too early to send a little luck someones way
with a green card.

I started with one of my favorite card sketches, sketch 44.
You can find it here
Its one my my favorites and a go to now for a quick card.
I used some water color paper and my color burst inks for the background mixing the green with yellow. It's like magic, just spray with water and watch the colorful background come to life.

I added the Leprechaun from the Wee Bit Irish cut file set from SVG Cutting files

Got Beads?

Barb from BugBites here to share another project I did using some fantastic files released this month.

SVG Cutting Files Cut Club is has released their February bundle of files as well as a mini bundle containing some fun Mardi Gras inspired files.

Not a Cut Club Member? Find out how to become a member here.

For my card today I dressed up this cute little gal in her Mardi Gras attire ready to celebrate, beads and all.

I started with a card base file. Next I selected a cute girl file which I modified slightly.
Then I sized the hat and mask to fit the little girl. These files can be used to accent scrapbook layouts or like I did,  used them to enhance a fun greeting card.

Here's a list of items I used today....
