Mermaid To Be Friends

Stacey from Stacey's Creative Corner here today to share  project that I made for the Cut Club Blog using a fun sketch that can be found in the May 2019 Cruise Bundle. 

I used the Card Sketch 108 from the May Bundle and cut my layers using some bright patterned papers from Doodlebug and Echo Park. I thought it would be fun to incorporate that fun mermaid tail from the March 2019 Mermaids bundle (Splash) so that it appeared as if the Mermaid was swimming in the ocean. Fun! I added some doodling with my black Sharpie pen to the white cardstock edge and added a fun greeting from the Mermaid Kisses stamp set from Jaded Blossom. I completed my card with some sequins and some translucent Nuvo Drops.

Be Mermazing!

Stacey from Stacey's Creative Corner here today to share a card that I made using a couple of mermaid files that can be found in the March Bundle. 

I created my card base from some white cardstock and layered some patterned paper on the top. I used a die from Jaded Blossom to create a stitched layer from some white cardstock and adhered that to my card front. I used the Merbabe file and sized it to fit the front of my card mat and popped up some pieces with foam tape for some dimension. Next I used the Be Mermazing file and layered it on top of my card and finished the look with sequins and Nuvo drops. So super simple but I adore how it turned out!

Pool Mermaid

Hello Everyone! Melissa from Doxie Mel Designs with a new scrapbook page idea for you. For this page, I used the March Bundle. The fish scale is on the Mermaid Scale Card, I just enlarged the file to fit my 12 by 12 scrapbook page.  Next I cut a title from the March Bundle. The mermaid sitting on the rocks is from the store. I added some coral and seaweed around the mermaid from Stamp Anniething, Under the Sea Dies. Her face is a stamp from Peachy Keen Stamps, PK-1922 Happy Kids Face Assortment.

Here is a closer look at the title cut. The soft bubbles are a stencil from Stamp Anniething, Bubble Stencil. Die cut shapes are from a Amy Tangerine collection. The background paper is Heidi Swap's Pineapple Crush.

Always Be A Mermaid

Hi everyone! This is Tina from The Scrappin Rabbit blog and I have a mermaid card to share featuring the Mermaid Scale Card from this month's bundle!

I cut the layers using my Cricut Explore. The scale pattern was cut with glittered card stock. I used one of my favorite's the Chibi Mermaid file  to swim across the card.

I stamped and embossed the sentiment from the Jaded Blossom Mermaid Kisses stamps. I added the seashell from the JB Tropical Dies and added a few pearls.

Splash Shaker!

Stacey from Stacey's Creative Corner here today to share a project that I made using a fun mermaid file that can be found in the March Bundle. 

I thought it would be fun to make a shaker card using the Splash file. I cut it out and layered the pieces together and set it aside. I created my card base and added my shaker frame filled with all my shaker bits to my card. I added my Splash piece directly to the acetate, as well as a few sequins and Nuvo drops for some more interest. So incredibly easy but I love the WOW factor you get from a shaker card!!

Sun Sea Sand

Hello Everyone! Mel from Doxie Mel Designs with a new scrapbook page for you. I just LOVE the bundle for March. So fun for summer pages! I used a title and one of the page sketches from the March Bundle. I created a frame for the page sketch. The chipboard pieces are Simple Stories "Hello Summer". I used Jaded Blossom Stitched Circle Dies as backdrops for the title and photo. 

Here is a closer look at the title cut. The shell pattern paper is from Echo Park's Let's Be Mermaids.
